Services
Whether you're just starting to explore speech therapy or you're ready to dive in, we've got a service that fits your family's needs.

Consultation
Contact us to schedule your free, 20-minute phone consultation with Miss Ryan! This is your chance to connect with us, share your concerns, and ask questions. We'll discuss your needs, explain our process, and make a plan - no commitment required.
Initial Evaluation
During this first in-depth, 60-minute session, we'll assess your child's speech, language, communication, and/or feeding skills through developmentally-appropriate activities, while having fun! We'll also discuss their development, strengths, and your concerns. Through this observation and assessment, we'll create a personalized therapy plan tailored to your child's goals.
Recurring Treatment Sessions
Once we've established a plan, we'll meet regularly (typically 1-2 times per week) for engaging, play-based sessions. Ongoing sessions focus on building skills through individualized, play-based, sensorimotor activities. With consistency and support, we work together to make steady, meaningful progress over time. Sessions are typically 45 or 60 minutes, depending on your child's plan. We'll also share tips to help those new skills shine at home, too!
Areas of Expertise
We support early intervention as pediatric SLPs. Our role touches many parts of a child's development - speech sounds, language, social skills, feeding, fluency and more. With our expertise, we partner with you to help your child build a solid foundation for a lifetime of functional communication.

Articulation/Speech Sounds
If your child has trouble saying certain sounds or is hard to understand, we can help them learn to produce clear speech sounds. From lisps to tricky "r" sounds, we've got you covered.

Receptive & Expressive Language
We support both receptive language (how your child understands words, questions and directions) and expressive language (how they share their thoughts, feelings, and ideas). This also includes children who are late to talk or are just beginning to communicate. Every child deserves the tools to express themselves! We are here to help build that language foundation.

Feeding & Oral Motor
Feeding difficulties can be challenging. We work with children who are picky eaters, have trouble chewing and swallowing, or who need extra support developing the muscles used for both eating and talking. Our sensory-based approach is gentle, supportive, and tailored to your child's unique needs.

Social Pragmatic Communication
Some children need extra support learning the "unspoken" rules of communication, such as how to take turns in conversation, use appropriate body language, or understand how others feel. We help children connect, share, and build meaningful relationships through social language.

Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
At Speech Pearls, we value a total communication approach. We help children find their preferred, most functional method of communication, whether it's using pictures, sign language and gestures, or an augmentative & alternative communication device. We're here to help children find their voice, in whatever way works best for them!
